Led by Zero Carbon Guildford with partners Circular Dorking, Energy Action Redhill & Reigate, and Surrey Climate Commission, HEAT helps residents cut bills and carbon through in-person surveys, thermal imaging, practical fixes, and access to grants and insulation support.
