Film Showing: 'From Below' + Q&A

ZERO is pleased to screen the film From Below, a documentary film showcasing mutual aid and grassroots community action that helped feed and comfort the vulnerable during the covid-19 pandemic lockdowns. 

The film focuses on specific towns and cities across England, including Guildford, and speaks to how community action can be supported in order to help people in future crises, both of the climate and of the economy. The film will be followed by a Q&A and discussion session with Dr Oli Mould, the lead researcher on the film and Zoe Franklin, ex-local councillor and Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate for Guildford and Cranleigh.
