ZCG Strategy Refresh Kick-off Session

We are kicking off a piece of work to refresh the ZCG strategy. This will help us all to tell the 'story' of why ZCG exists and how it has impact. It will give us all a clearer reference point to be able to make decisions about projects and activities, based on a shared and agreed vision and approach.

This is happening now because ZCG has gone through a period of change, with new premises, new funding and new staff. We want to make sure our strategy is fit for our current reality, builds on current and past successes and that we are ready for any future changes that come our way.

This first session will be for active volunteers and staff - the core people currently involved in ZCG operations and projects. We will be taking a bit of a step back, reflecting on where ZCG is in its journey and thinking about our hopes and fears for our organisation's future with this piece of work.
