Sustainable Business Network

Join us for the first event of the Guildford Sustainable Business Network (SBN), a collaborative venture between Zero Carbon Guildford and the University Of Surrey's Research & Innovation department.  

The SBN is launching to help local businesses find solutions that develop long-term resilience to a changing planet, and to provide practical guidance for businesses across all sectors to decarbonise their operations and improve sustainability in fields ranging from waste to procurement to energy generation and beyond.  

This first event is part of the 'pre-launch' phase, and will help the SBN team to gather further input on the areas businesses most need help and support, be it advice, networking, or funding incentives. The line up for this inaugural event will therefore be as follows:  

SBN team: Intro to the Sustainable Business Network, what we can offer you and how to get involved.  

LoCASE: Funding opportunities for wide sustainability initiatives within your organisation, from energy generation, biodiversity initiatives, right up to becoming ISO140001 or B-Corp certified  

Surrey Energy Partnership: Updates from SEP, and open and collaborative network for all organisations with an interest in clean, fair and sustainable energy
