Being mindful means knowing where the mind is. have you ever observed your mind? Are you in control of your mind or is the mind in control of you. if your mind is in control - as is the case for most people - how can you learn to direct your thoughts? How can you let go of fear and have peace with what is happening inside and around you ?
Come and find out in the 'Introduction to Mindfulness' workshop, taking place on Saturday 27 November from 10.30 am till 12 pm. This will be followed with initially 4 mindfulness classes in January 2022. The sessions are free but a donation to ZERO CARBON GUILDFORD is appreciated.
