Learning to Lead Change in a Complex World

Professionally facilitated workshop - introduction to systems thinking for B Local Surrey.  

We are bringing together 30 leaders from across our community to gain an insight into systems change.  We have a few places left and would like to welcome business leaders from the B Corp community and beyond to join us for a half-day workshop with the School of System Change.  If you have heard the slogan "System Change not Climate Change" or ever wondered how to scale your impact so that it can have systemic effects, then this workshop is for you.  The School of System Change will be introducing us to ideas and models that we can use to transform our businesses.

We have secured a grant from B Labs to subsidise the provision of this workshop, so tickets are offered at a significant discount to the unsubsidised cost of the workshop.  We will also arrange a B Social immediately following the event at a venue in the high street so that we can decompress and start to reflect on the content we have just learned.
