About the Event
At ZERO, building a sustainable, resilient future relies on creating a space where everyone in our community feels welcome, valued, and empowered to take part. Whether you are completely new to JEDI concepts (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) or looking for a supportive space to explore what they mean for our shared work, this session is for you.
Led by facilitator Ali Fisher from Plans with Purpose, this session offers a compassionate, open environment to unpack the core ideas that underpin an inclusive climate movement—including the vital difference between Equality vs. Equity, and how Diversity, Inclusion, and Justice work together.
You will leave with a comfortable grasp of key terms, greater confidence in using inclusive language, and a shared foundation to help co-create a truly welcoming, equitable community hub at ZERO.
