About the Event

Researchers from the University of Surrey’s Global Centre for Clean Air Research (GCARE), led by its founding Director Professor Prashant Kumar, are working with local communities and stakeholders to co-create a shared vision for a cleaner, healthier Guildford.  Learn more about LivingLab here.

Drop in activities are available all day, including

  • GCARE's interactive air pollution quiz
  • HedgeDate - and interactive tool to design your hedges to minimise the amount of air pollution your family and neighbours breathe
  • Heat-Cool project, which enables you to play with infra-red cameras to learn about climate change
