Time & Location

27 Jun 2026, 14:00 – 15:00

Rosamund Community Garden, Longdown Rd, Guildford GU4 8PP, UK

About the Event

Here’s what you can look forward to:

✨Nature Play (we have a mud kitchen)

✨ Gentle Garden Exploration – discover hidden treasures such as sloes, teasels, sedums, and Spring colours

✨ Moments to Reflect & Connect – enjoy the peaceful surroundings with your family

✨ Seasonal Herbal Tea Treat – made from the garden’s own offerings!

Practical Notes

The terrain isn’t suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. There are random nettles, brambles and the ground is uneven, so long trousers and trainers for children are best too!

  • There is a mud kitchen so the children will get messy and wet - it's positively encouraged!

  • A tree bog toilet is available.

  • Car parking is close by.

  • Parents are responsible for their children.

🌱 Spaces are limited to 4 families - book now to enjoy a nurturing afternoon of family connection in nature! One ticket per family so no need to book individual tickets.

Please note, if you can't make the date, no problem but out of courtesy, please do cancel and/or let me know, as there's usually a waiting list. I will release the ticket to another family.

How to Find the Garden

Rosamund Community Garden is located near Pewley Down, off Longdown Road, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 8PP.

🚗 By car: Park on Longdown Road and walk along the footpath at the first left-hand bend - the garden is set back on the right.

🚶 On foot: A beautiful way to arrive is across the top of Pewley Down, then along the ridge through Burgess Way. Before emerging onto Longdown Road, our entrance is the last farm gate on the left
