Explore & Restore Dry Run: Cycling

Date: Sunday 25th

• Cycling time: 2:15pm - 3pm
• Meeting Point: ZERO, 168 High Street, Guildford.
• End Point: Godalming Bandstand, King Phillip Memorial Park
• Route: A leisurely 8 km cycle using the Godalming Guildford Greenway
• Difficulty: Easy, mainly on a cycle path and a few roads out of the way with small amounts of traffic. One small section requires pushing your bike up a hill.

Activity Details: Live music at Godalming band stand!

• Both groups aim to arrive at the Bandstand by 3:00 PM.
• Bring picnic blankets, drinks and snacks and enjoy live music.
• Live music concludes at 5pm, stay as long as you like.

Getting home

• Stay for as long as you like in Godalming and get a train home (bike reservations are not required)
• If you're up for it, take the route back you've just learned!

Safety reminder

• Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing, including comfortable shoes for walking and safety gear for cycling e.g., helmet, bike lights.
• Make sure to bring something to stay visible, such as high-visibility clothing or bike lights.
