About the Event
Feeling overwhelmed by sustainability strategy options? Needing allies?
Impact Amplified's 1-hour workshop introduces you to a Foresight tool that helps you prioritise initiatives that will support your organisation to be more flexible and adaptable, in these fast-changing, uncertain times.
You will see how you can identify solutions that bring about long-term, sustainable, systemic change, rather than sticky-plaster solutions that inadvertently prolong the status quo of “business as usual”. The tool is also designed to help you identify and enrol allies and stakeholders to bring with you on the journey, both within and outside of the organisation, to create better engagement and improve your chances of success in your drive to help your organisation to thrive.
By the end of the session, you'll have learnt about a tool that can support your sustainability strategy and enrol allies to support your mission. You'll also explore how to go deeper in your journey, according to your needs.
