The effects of climate change are becoming harder and harder to ignore, news reports and social media constantly remind us that time is running out to avert a disastrous outcome for humankind.

It’s only natural then that we all feel anxious and unempowered about it all at times.

This FREE Climate Cafe provides an opportunity to connect with others and feel the benefit of knowing that none of us are alone in our fears, and also because of it’s Solution Focused angle, facilitated by Therapist Chris Ward, participants can move beyond anxiety towards finding hope, agency and inspiration for positive action.
